Terms of Service

Plain English, like the privacy policy. By using WebsiteSpa you agree to the short version: be polite, only scan sites you own or are allowed to, and don't hold us liable for a fix list.

The short version

WebsiteSpa provides free and paid website audits and AI-readiness scans. The free tools can be used by anyone for any lawful purpose. The paid report is a one-time purchase with a 14-day refund window. The results are best-effort information, not professional or legal advice.

What you may do

  • Run free scans on domains you own or have permission to test.
  • Use the generated fix prompts however you like — they are yours to keep, including inside contracts.
  • Share your permalink, your score, or your report externally (screenshots of results you generated).

What you may not do

  • Scan sites you were not authorised to test, or use the scanner to probe for vulnerabilities.
  • Resell our service, copies of our generated report, or scrape more than a reasonable volume.
  • Misrepresent the audit results as an endorsement from us.

Full report

Create a free account and the full report unlocks free for your first domain — the complete findings and the full AI-visibility plan for one scan, no payment required. Nothing in the service begins charging you recurring amounts unless you independently subscribe to a plan we describe as recurring.

Refunds

If we introduce a paid feature and it's genuinely not what you expected, contact hello@websitespa.net within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it. We're not in the business of making that painful.

Your content

The domains and results you submit are yours. You grant us only the licence needed to store, display to you, and regenerate your results. We do not sell, rent or share your reports with third parties — see the Privacy Policy.

Delays, errors and liability

Free scans have no uptime guarantee; a scanner that returns too fast may be warming up — try again in a few minutes. The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (zero for free usage).

Changes

If we change these terms materially we will update the date at the top and tell newsletter subscribers by email. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
