How this works
- Source: the page's own metadata, fetched live when you paste a URL. You can also type a title and description by hand to test alternatives.
- Truncation is applied with the same pixel widths search results use — the title cuts on one line on desktop and two on mobile; the description cuts at two lines, three on mobile.
- Character counters show the practical limits: about 60 characters for a title, 160 for a description.
A title that gets cut mid-word in mobile search is a click you never see. This preview costs nothing and takes ten seconds.
